Your faculty teach approved courses and run permitted labs. Lanvex provides the syllabus, the learning material and the instructor pathway, and runs the assessments that lead to a credential.
Schedule B
Lanvex Venture Studio
Student and faculty teams can take a domain they know and build a framework company around it, with ownership, data and contributor terms agreed first. The free student path carries no equity and assigns nothing.
What we settle together
Before a single class runs.
- An authorised institutional sponsor and a signatory who can bind the institution.
- Your intellectual-property policy, applied to student and faculty work.
- Ethics, privacy and data policy. Teaching examples use synthetic data.
- Written permission before an institution is named anywhere public.
